Terms and Conditions of Service Usage

PT Sxored Veritas Finansial is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, operating as a software and information systems developer, and acting as the owner and administrator of the Site.

The Company is authorized to collect and process personal data of Prospective Debtors obtained from the User, in accordance with the consent provided by the User, to support the functionality of the services offered.

Personal Information includes all data uploaded by the User to the Site, including but not limited to identity details, legal documents, financial information, and other supporting documentation.

Users include financial institutions such as banks, financing companies, peer-to-peer lending platforms, brokers, and employees of such institutions who have officially partnered with the Company.

Users are required to provide complete, accurate, and valid data. All stored data is encrypted in accordance with applicable security standards.

Users are fully responsible for the security of access to personal data, including maintaining the confidentiality of links, passwords, and other information from third parties.

The Company shall not be held liable for any losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, system disruptions, regulatory changes, and actions by third parties.

The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block access to the Site without prior notice in the event of suspected misuse, legal violations, or system interference.

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal action for any violation of these terms by reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Users release the Company from any claims for losses caused by system failures, hardware or software malfunctions, or User negligence.

Users declare that all data and information uploaded are true, complete, and valid, and that they have the right to verify such data.

Users grant the Company the authority to obtain and store encrypted personal data of third parties, including account information, identity documents, and financial records.

Access to account data as referred to herein does not violate the Banking Secrecy provisions as regulated under applicable laws and regulations.

Users guarantee and indemnify the Company against all forms of claims, demands, and risks that may arise in the future related to the execution of the authorizations and declarations provided.

The authorization granted by the User is irrevocable and shall not expire for any reason, including those stipulated in Articles 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Indonesian Civil Code.

Users are fully responsible for the legal relationship with Prospective Debtors, including ensuring agreement to the terms and conditions of the offered products or services. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from such relationships.

The Company endeavours to maintain the Site’s functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Users agree to use the Site at their own risk, and the services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to periodically review this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such changes.
